The room was very comfortable. The location of the room was not very good as it was very noisy being so close to the two lifts and movement of people. Otherwise everything else was okay. The staff were excellent even though they were mostly very busy. I noted that a plate was missing but replaced with a saucer and there was a chip on the tile floor.

I have stayed at Arrow On two occasions and each time I have stayed in room 3218. I found on both occasions that the mattress did not provide enough support making it difficult to sleep. In addition to the mattress issue, there is a gate to the car park for pedestrians which makes a "groaning" noise when opened and then bangs shut. This gate is used at all hours of the day or night. Also, in general there was too much noise. For example, a man was cleaning wheelie bins in the courtyard area beneath my window and was letting them drop to the ground over and over. I was on the phone at the time and struggled to hear over the noise of the bins. I would only stay at Arrow again if I was allocated a room away from the courtyard.

I enjoyed my stay. The elevators were fast and didn't break down, the room was very well equipped (full size fridge with freezer was a lovely surprise) and the location next to a tram stop is perfect for visitors.
