Stayed in one of the renovated rooms, very nice with nice big TV, dined at your resturant, good food friendly staff. For us the location is relatively close to our Victorian Office. At $141 per night was excellent value.

The room was clean, tidy and pleasant to stay in. There was a lack of information in the room regarding facilities and times for things like breakfast, so I missed breakfast on our second day. Parking was very tight, but I think this was due to how busy you were when we visited. This also contributed to the noise during the night and early in the morning outside the room. Overall good value for money, and very pleasant premises and grounds.

The stay was excellent. Facilities were clean, neat and tidy. Only minor inconvenience was having to wait about 10 minutes for our room to be checked after being told that it would be ready at 2pm (at 5:30pm). Would be very happy to stay again if we were in the area. Thanks for the hospitatlity and service. Could not find fox channels (fox sports 1 etc.)

Great stay, perfect location for where we had to go- event at Sir William Fry Park. Also close to the shops. The only downside was that after a function the night we stayed (12th Nov) there was a LOT of noise which we were awoken to between 11pm right through to about 1.15pm. Lots of people constantly walking past our room, talking outside, and yelling in the car park which went on for a while as they were leaving. I think most of it was caused by the function room parking down the back (when people were leaving). On the up side, we appreciated the parking down the back for our stay, and i had a sense of security parking my car there.

My critisisms are as follows: - the shower door was broken - the television reception was poor (free to air channels came via Foxtel and not by digitial reception)

Having stayed at many motels before I didn't have very much expectations. However, as soon as I stepped into reception my opinion immediately changed. The renovation of the motel has made it really modern and the original fascade of the motel has a very strong English feel to it. The room was perfect right through to the paint and new metal numbers on the door. The room was large and I was surprised by the 42" flat screen TV and free WIFI available, which was quite important as I was on a business trip. The whole room, like the reception, has gone under drastic renovations so it was no different to a five star hotel. The quality of the food was fantastic as well. I didn't expect to have buffet breakfasts at a motel but I was surprised once again. With the whole atmosphere and fantastic service, The stay was amazingly comfortable and the price per night was fantastic considering the experience I had. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Impossible to say as I did not sleep there - I ended up in hospital instead - taken by ambulance after a fall in the courtyard!! Friends examining the scene afterwards noted the number of trip/fall hazards. I would hope that one day I can stay with you again and actually get to enjoy my stay! The short time I was with you was very pleasant; the function attended in one of your function rooms was very enjoyable, if a little crowded and hot in the room.

it was inconvenient and disapointing for us to not be able to dine in the restaurant but understandable that there were weddings booked. i felt it was unreasonable that people not staying over night were allowed to park in our cark parking. your paying customers should be treated as priority.
