I was actually surprised how nice it was. Friendly and helpful staff. Every request was dealt with promptly. New bathroom and carpet with an appealing décor. This also gave the room a nice fresh smell, too. Would choose to stay here again and would recommend to family and friends.

excellent customer service and help. we experienced a problem with the hot water - none in the morning rm 37. we were immediately give a key for a different room so we could shower. Exceptional customer service when I lost an item of jewellery and was just checking if it had been handed in.

enjoyed our stay meal in the evening was lovely and breakfast reasonable. My only comment would be that the older gentleman looking after us was too friendly and I did not appreciate him touching me as often as he did. I do not think he was appropriate .

Stayed there on a business trip. Relatively basic but comfortable, clean and tidy so no problems using it again. Handy to trains and shopping and local eating outlets.

The restaurant staff were friendly and provided great service. The room was comfortable and clean. I thought the location of the TVs in relation to other furniture in the room a little odd (not able to watch from the bed unless you are lying sideways on bed).

Spa was not really a 2 person spa, but was wonderful and deep, and lots of thought gone into installation, like fold back tap(so no drips), and non slip floor, and a decent exhaust fan. Well done

We were only there for about 12 hours but we're quite impressed with the hotel and staff. Staff were very friendly and polite and very helpful. Free wifi was a real hit with the kids as was the Foxtel.
