very good. we had a three bedroom apartment which the website said has a bath (we have a baby), so it was a bit of a pain to have to go out and buy a bath, but apart from that, it was very good.

We had a great stay. The staff were friendly and helpful and when we had a problem they sorted it out straight away. The food was amazing. We were a bit disappointed with the shower, it had very little pressure and hard to keep the right temperature.

Very happy with this accommodation as we needed to stay in the local area. It was also very convenient to catch the train into the city. Glad to have had the restaurant option when travelling with children as there were limited options locally.

There were a couple of problems with internet and phone disruptions but the staff went out of their way to make thing good. Thanks always a great stop over at the Buckingham Inn.

Room was good for price. Beds and pillows were not very comfortable. Did not remember seeing pool on web site - we may have bought bathers if we had known.

Very comfy bed and pillows, great water pressure in shower. Quiet room. Lovely pool area, pity the pool wasn't heated. Well kept and relaxing garden areas. Over all, the very pleasant and enjoyable stay.

We had initial problems with the internet. The staff very quickly responded and addressed the problem. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed during our stay. Overall we were very happy with the room, hotel location, and the available car parking.

We had a different experience this time as we had a phone call on the way down to Melbourne to say that they had overbooked. We were offered to stay at their other accomodation in Brighton, we accepted. It was very nice and closer to were we were going.

We stayed when we had to attend a wedding at another venue close by, on the arrival it was 42 degrees and it was fantastic to be greeted to our cool room with the air conditioner already running, Lovely and clean and the reception staff were great. Would highly reccommend to anyone.
