I had a very enjoyable stay with an excellent meal in the restaurant for dinner. The staff and service was also excellent. My only complaint is, the room service breakfast was almost cold. Next time I'll go down to the restaurant for breakfast as well.

We had a lovely night and perfect distance from the party we attended. It was very quiet, no disturbance from other people or the workman. The buffet breakfast was scrumptious and plentiful. We would stay again when we are in the area.

The staff were excellent in every way. We were given another room as our original room had been used by a smoker and this was done without question. We attended a birthday function high tea and this was also excellent. This was our reason for staying at this particular motel.

The room was very neat and cosy. Staff on duty upon check-in was quick to check for and accommodate request for a ground floor room as I had a heavy luggage bag (was originally given a 2nd floor room). Enjoyed my stay there & will definitely come back again. Good job! :)

Surprisingly a quiet motel even though it is on a main freeway. Very comfortable and clean and the staff are very helpful and courteous. The position is so convenient and overall an excellent stay. I would highly recommend the Buckingham to other travellers!

ended up with 3 bed suite as aircon broken in 2 bedroom. had to come back as room not ready. found the couch a bit ordinary but bathrooms lovely. Could you please con firm if you found my Iphone charger left behind thanks Jane

We had a very good 3 bedroom apartment. Nice and quiet with comfortable beds. We had to walk past some rooms in the motel that were getting renovated and my Daughter stepped on a small piece of sharp tile that went in her shoe.

Could not fault our stay with The Buckingham. The 3 brm apartment was simply perfect and clean and comfortable. The staff when we checked in were friendly and professional and very helpful. We ordered room service and the food was beautiful and excellent value for money. We also received it in a very timely manner. Thank you for allowing us the privilege of letting us stay with you. We will definitely stay there when we down that way again.

The entire stay was very nice with the one exception that my room was not cleaned for the second night as someone had moved the door sign to "Do not disturb" for the entire day as I left at 7am & returned at 6:30pm & to be honest the room should have been cleaned by way of the door being knocked on to determine the need or indeed I could have been contacted
