Lovely relaxed atmosphere, courteous staff, very little traffic noise - a great place to stay!

Like the set up of all the rooms with their parking right outside and garden features around. Made the atmosphere peaceful. Checkout was extended to 11:30 for no extra to cater for my triathlon which was finishing later than they normally do, so I was able to come back, have a quick shower and pack up which was exceptional service and much appreciated when you are exhausted and covered in salt.

We enjoyed our stay at he hotel and will certainly return if we visit Melbourne again. The staff our very warm and friendly and this is a great plus point.

Best accomodation I have been in for some time

Comfortable and relaxing - just what I needed

We felt well looked after although our breakfast request for extra butter was ignored the first morning and the bed was way too hard. Other than that everyone was very nice. Thank you.

Stayed in one of the renovated rooms, very nice with nice big TV, dined at your resturant, good food friendly staff. For us the location is relatively close to our Victorian Office. At $141 per night was excellent value.

The room was clean, tidy and pleasant to stay in. There was a lack of information in the room regarding facilities and times for things like breakfast, so I missed breakfast on our second day. Parking was very tight, but I think this was due to how busy you were when we visited. This also contributed to the noise during the night and early in the morning outside the room. Overall good value for money, and very pleasant premises and grounds.

Initial experience less than positive however the room and staff were great.

Relaxing...

The stay was excellent. Facilities were clean, neat and tidy. Only minor inconvenience was having to wait about 10 minutes for our room to be checked after being told that it would be ready at 2pm (at 5:30pm). Would be very happy to stay again if we were in the area. Thanks for the hospitatlity and service. Could not find fox channels (fox sports 1 etc.)

Great stay, perfect location for where we had to go- event at Sir William Fry Park. Also close to the shops. The only downside was that after a function the night we stayed (12th Nov) there was a LOT of noise which we were awoken to between 11pm right through to about 1.15pm. Lots of people constantly walking past our room, talking outside, and yelling in the car park which went on for a while as they were leaving. I think most of it was caused by the function room parking down the back (when people were leaving). On the up side, we appreciated the parking down the back for our stay, and i had a sense of security parking my car there.
