Excellent for short stays, should state in advert that parking is $22, that's the only complaint all other motels parking is free and available.

Great location with friendly and helpful staff. Bed was comfortable but pillow a little too big for my liking. Upon entering the room upon arrival, the smell of paint was overwhelming. I left the windows open for a few hours but still after over 3 hours the smell was unbearable. After checking with the manager, the receptionist was able to move me to another room. I will just mention too that it was very hard to watch tv from the bed in the new room, 604, as the wall bracket didn't move from the wall. Over all the service was good and the receptionist helpful when I called about the paint smell. Once the renovations are completed, it will be a nice, clean and bright place to stay.

Friendly, efficient and helpful staff. Great location, walking distance to clinic - had medical app't. Convenient parking - though not free. Comfortable beds. Great to have kitchenette. Building and fittings are aged, but clean.

Very good, We have stayed at City Limits 5 times over the past 3 years or so and every time has been an enjoyable experience. It has a great location and is convenient to transport, theatres and restaurants. The daily light breakfast is a bonus and very convenient if you have an early start planned for the day. We will be staying there again when visiting Melbourne and it is highly recommended.
