It was a nice stay and great to get the room serviced every day. Great idea to have laundry facilities as this was one of the main reasons I stayed. Very helpful staff.

Great little place to stay, modern, clean and loved the kitchen and breakfast every morning,very convenient. Street noise in the mornings was the only drawback, not a big deal though.Thanks for a lovely stay, will be back.

Comfortable room in an excellent location. Close to public transport and lots of good restaurants near by. Quite noisy early in morning with trucks going down Little Bourke St. Staff helpful and friendly.

Excellent staff. Rooms OK - nothing flash but for price and location good value. Breakfast was poor - similar to other comments. Particularly the pre packed bread - not fresh, poor quality. We brought our own breakfast condiments. Appreciated early check in so top marks for that. Staff very friendly

We were very pleased with the room arrangement, we requested a quiet room and we were happy with what we got. Good location for eating out and public transport. Staff were helpful when we required assistance. Nice little kitchenette.

Our overall experience was a positive one. We were so close to many of the top restaurants we had listed to visit, walking distance mostly. Room and service were great, public transport on the doorstep. Would recommend as good value for money.

Although room not ready for check in at 2pm & requested late check out not noted overall most of staff very friendly & helpful especially our cleaning lady . Some street noise - dumping of bottles from nearby businesses. Good location, close to trams, restaurants, theatres & easy walk into city. Would stay again & recommend to others.

This is the 2nd time that we have stayed at City Limits. We have found the room clean and tidy at all times and well appointed. The cleaning staff do an excellent job at maintaining the rooms. We loved the continental breakfast supplied as well. The staff at the reception are always polite and very helpful and nothing is too much for them. We have recommended City Limits to our friends and will definitely be staying there again. Thank you!
