Extra friendly and helpful staff. Rubbish trucks can be a bit noisy early in the morning (except Sundays which was nice) but they're not too loud so may only affect light sleepers. Location was 5 minutes walk to main tram stop, Bourke Street Mall and a good range of cafes/restaurants. Free supply of in-room breakfast and internet access is a nice touch. Great value for money - we stayed in the days leading up to Melbourne Cup and everywhere else was double the price. Thank you for a great stay.

Our stay at City Limits Hotel was pleasant, relaxing and exceeded our expectations. The room was furnished with comfortable beds and seating for two. The kitchenette was well equipped with crockery and cutlery including a cutting board and sharp knife. The breakfast bar is functional and the fridge a useful size. High speed internet access to the work desk was a bonus but two day renewal frustrating. Continuous external noise from an air conditioner/refrigeration unit was intrusive.

Perfect, good location to see a show at Her Majesties, great location to free tram and close to shopping. The room was clean and all facilities in workign order. Brilliant breakfast in the fridge -very convenient.

I found it to be so convenient to trams, trains, shops and places to see. The atmosphere here was great and relaxing with everything at your fingertips. It was lovely to be able to have breakfast provided and all facilities we needed were there. I would not hesitate to come back or recommend it to any of my friends as we would love to come back and stay here again. Thank you very much

The staff were friendly and helpful- they were always happy to help us out with taxis, or info about Melbourne. The room was comfortable and always clean. If I had to make a complaint (a very minor complaint) it would be that we weren't provided with enough spreads for our toast in the morning. We definitely enjoyed our stay :)

The location is perfect for theatre goers or anyone heading to the MCG. Handy to lots of good eating, particularly China Town. The bed was very comfy and the shower was amazing!! Free wi-fi was also a bonus. Our room faced Little Bourke St and on Saturday night the street noise was quiet loud, but we both slept well anyway.
