Great location. Character building. Great value for money. Slightly dated bathroom and decor, but the showers get you clean and you can't see the paint when you are asleep.

The cottage was pleasant but smaller than expected. I found the private courtyard to be an incorrect description given it is a little verandah overlooking the front of the property and open to the view of the public so that was a bit disappointing. I liked the character of the cottage. The bed was excellent and I haven't had a shower with so much water in years (water restrictions and water saving devices in use elsewhere) - it was very nice. Great location. Easy to get around. Overall a perfectly enjoyable stay.

All good - could be some improvement in cleanliness but really not a problem. Service excellent and staff very helpful. Value for money great. The only thing that requires improvement is attention to small things that break - i.e. Curtain hangers and bath taps

I enjoyed my experince at Magnolia Court Boutique Hotel. The breakfasts were really good. The only issued I had was when I asked if there were any nearby take-away i was poited to the pamphlets. The take away was only 5 min down the road which staff should have known,.

The website said that reception was open till 8:00 pm but when we arrived at 7:45 it was closed and it took a while to understand how to get our key. In general the stay was pleasant and it was a quiet part of the city. The complimenatry breakfast was good.

We always stay at Magnolia Court because the staff are always friendly and can't do enough to make us feel at home. The location is perfect for hospitals, museum, football, cricket, tennis and shopping. The rooms are always clean. Free parking is also a bonus. Great value for money.
