Nicely finished with good quality coffee (thank you) and shower gels/shampoos etc. The simple things that were not scrimped on.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The street noise on saturday night (all night ) was a bit much, but you can't do much about that such a central location. Overall a great place to stay. I'll be back.

Staying at Riverside Apartments was great, it was the perfect location and was close to everything. It is definitely value for money, rooms are fantastic and you have a beautiful view to wake up to! I would definitely stay at Riverside Apartments again.

As I entered manually on the feedback form, I found the room quite cold, and the heating did not always work. I slept with two bed covers over the bed. Staff were all very friendly and professional.it was great to be able to check in a little bit earlier and have our bags stored on day of departure. We enjoyed the river views but would consider a different room next time due to the tram,traffic and train noise.

My friends and I had an amazing overnight stay. We found the room was just perfect, and the staff member who checked us in, went to great lengths to help us sort out what my friends and I were doing for dinner, as we had arrived later than planned. She called a restaurant but it was closed, so she helped us by explaining how to order room service and who with. She was just lovely. When we checked out my friends and I were sad to leave as we had the best sleep, and enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much!

Excellent for holiday travellers but not for business travellers. We needed to havea wifi connection readily available or a broadband link to a desk which we could use.Tthe desk was located behind a pillar and had no chair or room to put one yet the expectation was that we could sit there and link in. We were able to finally obtain a wifi pack but the instructions that came with it were incorrect - see below.
