I really enjoyed my time at Riverside Apartments. The staff were very friendly, the apartments had lots of space, parking was very convenient and the room rates are very affordable. I would definetly stay there again. The location was perfect and it was great to relax in a nice, clean and spacious environment. I'm very glad I've discovered Riverside Apartments because now I have a great hotel to stay at during my visits to Melbourne. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

Our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. only small complaint i would make is the two recliners in our would not work with them being obviously broken.

Had a wonderful time staying there as we always do. The view fom our room was fantastic must remember to book a Casino view room every time from now on.
The staff were very friendly and courtiess. They were also helpful with directions and pointing out some good attractions not listeed on any brouchures.

Overall I had no complain about the services of the accommodation however, I purchased 12 hours internet connection but I couldn't get access to online most of the time in my room (level17) so i had to go downstairs to get the connection. It was very inconvenient. but other than that it was very nice and staff was very friendly and comforting!!

The apartments were good, clean and comfortable
The entrance into the annex was poor - key lock very difficult to use - had to pull the key out just the right amount to make it work.
The lift was not good - always stopped at floor 1 although no button pushed for this. Floor number light in lift not working so had to step out of lift to see what floor you were on. Lift very very slow.
Soap dispenser in bathroom did not work.

Clean, comfortable, helpful friendly staff. Well equipped. Loved the internal laundry with complementary washing powder. Loved the TV in the master bedroom. It's great that you can get 15 mins complimentary use of the computer. Fantastic view out over the Yarra river.

We enjoyed our stay and the location is great. The shower was a bit mouldy especially around the corner floor tiles. The single beds were saggy so perhaps you could invest in firmer more durable beds

Brill location right next to trams. Very homely apartment and friendly staff .bit noisy on Fri and Sat night but didn't stop us sleeping and it is a city .every facility you could ever need in the apartment. Sorry to leave

The street noise was a bit noisy and the cigarette smoke drifting in through the windows from staff in surrounding restaurants and bars was unpleasant.

The room and location were good,the only complaint I had is that the TV in the living area was not working.It should have been checked before handing over the room.

The staff are really pleasant and very helpful. The apartment is really spacious, has quality furniture and modern decor. Loved the coffee machine.......the wardrobe in one of the bedrooms is huge!!!!!! Only negative being the shower, the door didn't close properly which meant the bathroom floor gets extremely wet. Would definitely stay at Riverside Apartments again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful with all our needs. The position was great for what we needed and good value for money. We found the noise level a little high, which was mainly due to the street noise, but overall this was ok.

Overall, very good. One thing to note though is the ironing board 'stay latch' was bent and it had trouble staying up. Very difficult when ironing !
