Great location and apartment easily accommodated our family of 5. We were very happy with the customer service - only downfall was the bath that wasn't clean (who doesn't love a bath when they are away from home?) The tv worked but the reception was really poor.

Booked online and received a very good rate for 1 Bedroom apartment ans received free upgrade by staff to the 2 bedroom. Very pleased with all aspects of our stay. Kids were very impressed. This is the first time I have stayed in an apartment in Melb as I always stay in motel rooms. Very happy to come back!

We love staying here at Riverside Apartments when we are in Melbourne. The location is great, the service is great and it also has car parking. This time we had a corner unit and the views were fantastic.

Have stayed here in the past and found it to be a very convenient location for getting on the Tram almost right outside, walking over to South Bank or choosing somewhere to eat within a few minutes walk. Will stay here again and recommend to people looking to go to Melbourne.

I am a regular guest at the Riverside Apartments. I find it a convenient place to stay in Melbourne. Having the tram stop outside the apartments Is a big plus as I always travel to Melbourne by train. Staff very helpful & friendly. Love the view over the river from the upper level apartments.

Our overall experience was good but the queen bed was uncomfortable. When checking under the bed before leaving to make sure we hadn't left anything behind I noticed the middle wheel/ foot of the bed had broken off which probably contributed to it being uncomfortable

Fantastic. Park the car and walk around Melbourne with the pram. Such an affordable way to take the kids to Melbourne. Highly recommend this hotel for any stay as you are close to stations and tram stops.

It was fantastic. The apartment was a great in size, style and comfort. It was clean, tidy and welcoming. It was in a perfect position in the CBD, close walking distance to school holiday activities / destinations.
It also provided well secured car parking and friendly staff.
