Very good, was very enjoyable except for a prank phone call in the very early hours of the morning but was in a fantastic location, the staff were very friendly and the room was spectacular.

Very nice; It was a little confusing when we arrived where to park; cost us an extra $7 as we went into the car park on flinders St not knowing there was another for the Hotel.

We found the apartment to have great views especially at night. Location was fantastic walking distance to many attractions. Tram stop just outside as well which was great.

A top experience and acknowledgment to your staff must be given.
Every contact with them was excellent and nothing was ever a problem.
The way they handled themselves made the contact very comfortable.

Have stayed at Riverside frequently. Had issue day before arrival with flooding, after iniatially being told we would be put up in another hotel, ended up being told we would be in Penthouse suite. The "Penthouse' however looked alot like a two bedbath apartment. Wasn't a big issue, but after being told Penthouse, Fluffy towels, best room we have etc it was a bit of a letdown. The room was fine for what we required, but it didn't look at all like a Penthouse and the towels were not the special fluffy ones as promised.

We worked hard to accommodate you in our most popular apartment, the penthouse located on the roof with it's own huge private balcony. I'm relieved you were not inconvienced by having to be relocated in another hotel on a very busy Saturday night in Melbourne. I hope you enjoyed the complimentary car parking that was given to you as a good will gesture.
I'm not sure how the reference to fluffy towels came about. Our staff all know we have standard towels for all guests in all room types. Sorry about any confusion here.

After some confusion regarding the actual location of the Annex apartments and access via doors and lifts, overall experience was very positive. However location meant street noise was a bit of a concern/problem.

We came down for a girls weekend away and we had a fantastic time. The staff where very helpful and pleasant and the location was great for everything we wanted to do. We are already planning next years and I'm sure we will be back.

The apartment was lovely, beautiful view. Our only criticism is the pub across the road is very loud (music) on Friday and Saturday nights, obviously this is our of Best Western's control. We were very happy with our choice of the Riverside Apartments.

apartments were difficult to find. Very small sign on Flinders Street. Some prior warning to turn into Highlander Lane would have avoided some angst.
Hot water was annoying - starts then stops leaving you alternately scalded or cold.
