our stay at the apartments was a most enjoyable experience. Our room was perfectly clean, comfortable and had plenty of space. Also great views from our 13th. floor room! Located just outside the city hub (in a quite area near Fitzroy Gardens) with just a short tram ride into the city Friendly staff who helped with maps and information for the tourist. Convenient shops and cafes are located in the apartment complex .Overall good value for your money

we have stayed many times and it is alway great staff always helpfull do not like parking in garage on other side of building, never have before wery hard for us as my husband has under gone surgery and i had to do all transporting of luggage

We had a very enjoyable stay. Located near Rod Laver Arena which is where we going for a concert. A tram stop at the front door to head into the city to do some shopping. Also great having an IGA, café and other eatery places all at the complex. I have stayed here a few times now with friends and family.

Well kept apartments, although small, suited our needs, additional lounge seating may have been useful. Well located close to tram stops and front counter staff were friendly and informative.

Being our second stay at the apartments we had a room on the opposite side of the building which was something different and great. Late check in was a lot easier this time and the 2 staff members we had contact with were VERY helpful and polite. We were disappointed for booking as we did well in advance and then finding out the same room advertised around $300 cheaper (nearly a whole nights rate) closer to our check in date with admin unwilling to comprimise on the room rate. Next time we stay we will not book so far in advance and may end up missing out on a room. We also found that a few of the blind chords were broken so we were unable to open the blinds and the lock on the balcony door was broken which was a little concerning with children.

Most staff at receptions are friendly and helpful; better if WIFI can be provided at the apartments. Could provide more towells (esp. floor mat, for housekeeping per day, as the Shower has design flaw and water keep coming out to wet the toilet floors)

Very enjoyable. Great location for attending a show at Rod Laver Arena. Plenty of nearby restaurants and a tram stop nearby. I have stayed here previously with my nieces and nephews and other family members and it is ideal for families and groups of friends. Would definitely recommend to others.

It was great.one exception tho I did wake up at 3am on tues 2nd Sept. there was an extremely loud conversation with 2 men on the balcony of the next door unit. it was very loud and went on for over an hour. I imagine that they were smoking out there. it was very annoying considering there were signs in lift specifically mentioning to be courteous in regards to noise.

The apartment was conveniently located for us and having the supermarket, coffee shop and pizza store down stairs was excellent but the best thing was service and friendliness of the staff. They made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. their customer services skills are outstanding!

I like the place, the only thing that turned me off is the colour of the bed cover, i don't really like red in a bedroom without any window, I felt claustrophobic.
