overall very good. however one of 3 apartments booked was not ready when we arrived around 3.30pm whereas check in was at 2pm ! also have a few problems with parking access key

Always like staying at the Tribeca - staff nearly always attentive to needs. Close to transport and it's good having a small supermarket and specialist shops in the complex.

Pleasant stay, the room could do with some maintenance and additional facilities, ie, a mirror in the bedroom that wasn't located at the back of the wardrobe, obviously fallen off the wall, broken and chipped. The bedside lamp flickered on and off and made an electrical noise when trying to get to stay on. The balcony door didn't lock and a couple of the roller blinds were broken. We stayed in apartment 314 for reference.

We needed accommodation near Epworth Freemason Hospital, Tribeca was perfect. Two bedroom spacious and bedrooms separated by bathroom. Plaza shops very convenient and parking available. Was able to checkout at the later time of 11am.

Overall very good. It is my third stay there. My one complaint is that having no room servicing for three days over a long weekend is not ideal. However I had no trouble when asking for fresh towels.

Enjoyed our stay, good location, friendly staff. Main bedroom overlooked Victoria Rd & traffic noise was very loud which we weren't used too. Second night was quite a lot of general noise in the building but this is to be expected. Easy to get car in and out and parking fee very reasonable.
