Having booked and paid for a Two bedroom deluxe apartment for five adults, it was a shock to realise there was not a sofa bed - only couch. There was also a dirty sock under the king bed, the european laundry door was off its runner & the king bed was missing a wheel (making the mattress unbalanced). This was room 712. Luckily, the overworked staff were able to find the time to move our group to a Townhouse & the remainder of our stay was perfect. I have rated the hotel on the townhouse, not the two bedroom deluxe apartment. However, we didn't think to change car parks when we changed buildings. This later proved to be awkward in terms of carrying our bags across the plaza & having to access the car park through the car gate entrace (our room key wouldn't allow us through the door of our previous buildings carpark) I would like to know if the townhouse the same as a two-bedroom premier apartment advertised on your website? If not, how do you book a townhouse? I would be happy to book the townhouse in the future, not the deluxe. Thank-you!

We have visited several times and can't fault the apartments either for comfort, position or staff. They are well equipped and the staff always go out of their way to make checking in and out and other requests as smooth as possible. We would not hesitate to use these apartments again when we are in Melbourne.

Had a great stay at TriBeCa. Very convenient to hospital where my husband was a patient. Comfortable, clean, quiet and great little eating places underneath!!! Was disappointed I had not booked for a couple more days. When I tried I was too late!! My fault not the fault of Tribeca ..Staff were great and apologised for not having even one available unit left.. That tells me people are happy with Tribeca apartments. Thanks for a great few days that took away the worry of parking and battling traffic whilst visiting my husband.

We have stayed here a few times however there were a couple of things that weren't organised this time on arrival e.g.spare bed , no matches to light gas hot plates - automatic ignition didn't work, no dish cloth to wash dishes, no dishwasher detergent/ tablet so dish washer couldn't be put on when departing.

Good location amongst good facilities including IGA, bottle shop, flower shop and cafe/eateries. Great access to beautiful Fitzroy gardens and trams and enjoyable walk into city. B&K

Wonderful. Thank you. Only criticism is that the room smelled like the previous person smoked in the room. Not at all the fault of the staff at the apartment. Had a very enjoyable stay, will definitely come back.

We booked in for a week and having shops and restaurant at the lobby level was excellent. We had a problem with the Sky TV and it was attended to within 10mins of making a fault call. We also had a car and parking was easy and secure.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room cleaning service was too infrequent, but when it was done it was good. we were there for a wedding, and the security arrangements at the Tribeca made it very difficult for us to communicate or to visit our friends from overseas. FY I The bathroom is very very poorly designed. The sink is practically unusable because you always hit your head on the medicine cabinet, and the shower sprays all over the bathroom but doesn't go to the drain near the toilet so the toilet paper gets wet. When designing the new Tribeca, move the medicine cabinet over the toilet, and cut the shelf off over the sink. Loved all the other amenities, washer and dryer, great television, big dining room table. Great balcony, but needs a couple chairs or tables or both. Picture hooks were empty. Sky bus pick up is not on Albert Street, but around the corner, can't remember the name of the street. All in all, it was a wonderful stay, and the people at reception are amazingly helpful and friendly. We stayed eight nights, and really enjoyed ourselves. Thank you.

Belinda and staff were amazing! It was surprisingly clean and tidy and had everything to hand. Good location - close to the city and parks/playgrounds. Residents and other guests were super nice and friendly also. Nice to have use of the pool when it was hot! I would definitely recommend to friends and family. I really appreciated the way Belinda was so understanding and flexible about our situation and needs - having just emigrated from the UK we weren't sure how long we needed to stay - this was one less worry for us!

Lovely modern suits in a fabulous location. The building also has all you could want in terms of supermarket, takeaways etc, right on it's doorstep. Excellent value for money in a very pleasant environment.

Overall we stayed in a good sized, clean apartment with great service during the week (no regular room service on the weekend) and I would recommend staying there. The staff were very nice and assisted us with late check in. They have a car park for a small fee.

A brief stay waiting for the birthday of my first child at the Epworth up the road. The staff were extremely helpful (Belinda and Vicki) under the circumstances. I was even able to leave my car overnight and pick it up the following day - Mummy, daddy and new baby Joshua were most grateful.

We have stayed at the Tribeca apartments 5 times in the last 6months and have found it excellent. In particular the receptionist who has greeted us each visit, she made a stressful time easier with her kindness and thoughtfulness. Location is great and the apartments great value and comfortable.
