To me the most important things are: a quiet room, comfortable bed, and a decent shower. Tribeca is perfect on all three counts. Location is good; I'd like to be closer to the cbd but such places I've previously found to be too noisy at night. So to me I'd prefer to be a little away from the cbd.

Unit 1104 needs maintenance especially in the shower. The taps are aweful and the cold one falls off. The shower rose is like four unaimed water pistols. Hopeless in 2017. The electric jug did not work but was replaced at the desk. But overall average value for money.

Location to the hospital was perfect for us we got lost between the car park and our room several times we thought you might need to work on the bathroom it was rather dirty tiles and bath were not very clean they needed a hood scrub however it was suitable for our needs and we will come back.

apartment was fine for what I needed, my only problem was the bathroom, the first shower I had it completely flooded the bathroom, the seals on the glass werent working and the shower head was spraying everywhere. The staff came and sorted it but I had to put towels down every shower. Also, be good to provide some washing liquid for the room, I never need the shampoo and other products but the washing liquid would have been helpful.

We were delighted with our stay. The young woman who booked us in went to a great deal of effort to find us parking near the lifts-very much appreciated by two older travellers! The kitchen was well-supplied so that we could cook and everyone was very welcoming. The location is perfection (I want trams everywhere!). I'm already planning our next (longer) stay.

Very secure and comfortable stay, everything you could need in the unit, mini IGA, Pizza & coffee onsite. Tram at the front door and also has secure parking available for a fee.

Our experience was very good, always room for improvement that's the only reason I didn't say it was perfect! The only thing disappointing was incredibly minor - one of the downlights in the bathroom was missing and made it a bit hard to say - a bit difficult with 4 girls and a guy trying to get ready to go out for the night! Also, while we waited to check in the gentleman at the front desk was being given a very hard time by 2 women as there had been an error with their booking - in our opinion they were incredibly rude to him, he was trying to help them! They criticised his attitude along with everything else and to be honest it was pretty easy to see he was under the pump, apart from having the two of them try to rip him apart he also had 2 or 3 groups of people waiting to check in!
