We have stayed many times and have always received excellent service. On this occasion, the staff were extra helpful when we had car trouble and were travelling with an aged parent - they couldn't do enough for us. Their efforts really made all the difference - we'll be back!

I had a wonderful stay at Tribeca. A huge room, really quiet and relaxing. The staff at reception were extremely helpful, nice and welcoming. Really happy to get a city view and 11am check out for my birthday.

Perfect location with shops and restaurants nearby and reasonably convenient to the hospital we were visiting. Room wasn't ready when we arrived at 3 pm and we had to request towels on the second morning. However this was promptly corrected.

I have been staying at Tribeca for around 10 years, returning to see friends and family once or twice a year. The staff have always welcomed my return as they are also long-term. It is in an ideal location, with trams at the front, and supermarket, cafes and bars underneath. The train station is a short walk away, as are the eating and drinking options of Smith Street and Victoria Street. The MCG is also withing walking distance with the added bonus of a pleasant stroll through some of Melbourne's beautiful parks. At nighttime you can see possums doing their thing. I have stayed in many different rooms over the years but they have all been comfortable and clean.

Very central location for us. Love the walk through Fitzroy Gardens. Eating areas in complex great. To have the supermarket is also great. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Great location. Couldn't complain about anything as it was great. So easy to get to the city by tram. Having a gym was a bonus. IGA downstairs was great. Having pizza shop and fish and chip shop in complex was also great.
