Bed were comfortable. A shelf is need in the shower nowhere for soap etc The carpet is worn and shabby in places. Additional hanging space is needed in the 2nd Bedroom. The decor of the room need to be improved. Hanging pictures etc

Very good location and nicely presented apartment, shower tended to splash a lot and sink in an awkward position. We found the parking lot confusing as the numbers weren't in order and it was difficult to find from the street as it did not have sign. Staff at first could only find one key for the four of us, but later found a second key which was adequate. Overall a pleasant stay and would stay again.

We have nothing but compliments regarding our stay at the Tribeca apartments. From the friendly & helpful staff, both in person, on the phone & super prompt email responses to our enquiries. Our neat, modern apartment for the week was very nice to come back to after a day exploring. Although not in the heart of the city, it was well positioned between the city & friends & family nearby. Secure car parking onsite & great access to the tram to get around. We enjoyed our time there & would certainly recommend Tribeca to anyone looking for a great place to stay with more space than a traditional hotel room.

Nice apartment in great location. A few minor observations - there were dirty dishes left in the dishwasher (probably best to check after each check-out). Also the whole floor (5) had a "funny" smell (can't think of a better way to describe it - not overpowering or offensive, just funny). And I found the colour scheme in the hallways very dark and gloomy - the other side of the building where the pool is was much brighter and nicer. But none of this would prevent me from staying again or recommending to others.

My grandson and I were only in overnight for a 'footy' trip. We've stayed at 5 other places in the vicinity of the G this year and wish we had used Tribeca the first time, because we wouldn't have bothered with the others. This accommodation was exemplary and we both really appreciated the upgrade. We know where we'll be staying in 2013. GO TIGES !!!!!

Fantastic, We really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again next time! The staff upgraded us to 2 bedroom at the same price! A nice surprise! I would also recommend to friends. Helpful, friendly staff, nothing was a problem. There were food places close at hand. Transport was great. We could walk back from the Rod Laver Arena where the performance was at night! Thank you so much, you really made our stay in Melbourne a nice time.

The environment was very good, nice and clean while the rooms were good sizes and all facilities within the building were good. Proximity to the city and other facilities was excellent. Having shops and food outlets close was convenient. As I only met the receptionist for a very short period I cannot talk about other staff however our rooms were always made up neatly.

I am travelling this year with the Federal Court. I am an Associate and so rates are important to me. I have stayed in many serviced apartments in the various "major" cities this year and none have come remotely close to your establishment. Absolutely brilliant in every respect. Great rooms. The apartment was very nice,big and clean. On the arcade you can find all you need (food shop,bottle shop,restaurant ecc). Good position,pretty close to the city center. Sadly the heated pool was close for same chemichals checking...(the swimming pool was one of the thing we were looking for). Except this,it was a very nice staying.

I thought it was a bit strange to receive a message to urgently call angela back, when I did the following morning I was advised "she was probably just confirming your booking". However the girl on reception upon check out Friday morning was very pleasant and most helpful in meeting our needs. Great service!

Belinda is fabulous! The location is great. But the pillows are not so great and it would be better to have a choice of styles of pillow. And to have a choice of bedding. Doesn't have to be much, just having a light cotton blanket available would be good.

Overall good but no toilet paper on roll and bathroom cabinet located directly over basin/tap making access to basin/tap almost impossible. Access key was also faulty and it took me several attempts to access the building and my floor.

Was very nice , lots of broken fittings etc in the bathroom. Had to ask for knives , dishcothes, teatowels, Staff were very helpful to get these things sorted , but should not have needed to ask.
