We haves stayed at Tribeca now for several years, travelling from both Bendigo and Warrnambool. Have always enjoyed our stay. The only negative this time round I would have to say is with two young kids I found staying in Victorian building you hear a lot of noise from young people after a night out, if you know what I mean! This has happened several times but I've never bothered to address it. What can you do..not much I guess. Just thought worth mentioning.

Very happy with our stay. Customer Service when checking in was exceptional. The only two things that could be improved was that the dishwasher did not close properly so could not be used and the front door also did not close very well due to a protruding lock.

Very good really. Towels a bit small and a few times came back from cleaning with large black stains stains on them. I stayed a week and it happened about 4 times. Other than that, very good experience.

It was easy to get to. Pretty clean overall however power points for example need to be dusted / wiped down more often and the bathroom tiles need a bit of a scrub. The sliding shower door may need some maintenance. Vicky and Belinda were very helpful and polite. The Wi-Fi was very slow which will be a bit disappointing for business travellers.

Stayed for work purposes. The apartment size provided the space to relax, plus the opportunity to use the pool was greatly valued. The convenience of staying at Tribeca then includes easy access to the fantastic facilities such as the IGA shopping centre, breakfast cafe which has excellent coffee, wine bar, and other eateries; this is before you venture out on to the streets. Tribeca is certainly my preferred place of accommodation.

The only complaint we have is that there was painting happening in the complex & we were not advised. As we have a young baby this is something we should have been advised of earlier so we could choose a different building or been given options. When I complained about the smell of the paint & asked if we could change rooms - the staff member was no longer friendly & bubbly as when we met 1st & 2nd time she was quite abrupt & said she had only 1 room free & it was a DOWNGRADE which is never acceptable - especially when the downgrade was filthy & horrid. Better service is required & more understanding as I actually ended up sick with a headache from the strong fumes.

We enjoyed being so central to everything we wanted to see and do. Staff were friendly and professional. Unit was missing some basic items which were replaced when staff was informed. Altogether a great stay. Wasn't my first choice, but am so pleased to stay at Tribeca. It is definitely first choice now!

Great welcome staff- she was lovely and sorry I can't remember her name. apartment was great- lovely view and comfortable bed. We didn't have instructions on how to use the pool- please include next time. Also housekeeping didn't come until 5pm on Friday and we were already back in our room so we didn't get fresh towels nor the rubbish removed for that day.

Reception staff lovely. apartment very good but cleaning staff did put dirty dishes back in the cupboards! Otherwise very clean and comfortable. Lovely quiet location.

Very thankful to staff on arrival trying to fix problems at that time (after 7pm on a Sunday night). Lack of air movement in 2nd level of apartment for sleeping was not good. It meant that both bedrooms had to have doors open for any air to filter to 2nd bedroom ... therefore nor privacy to either bedroom

Great location within walking distance of city with access to supermarket and cafe within the complex. Staff friendly and helpful and the option if secure parking at a reasonable daily rate was an important factor for this particular trip.
