We had a great time staying with you guys. The cleaners were amazing with their service, it was lovely to get new towels and the bed made each time they came into our room, oh and taking the rubbish out and even putting on the dishwasher if we had forgotten to do so. The office staff were all so helpful and any request was quickly dealt with. So, thank you so much, when we come back to Melbourne we will definitely come back and stay with you!

We had a great stay but ffor parents with little children it would be helpful if you had chains on the doors. We were on edge most of our stay because we were worried our 3 year old would run out the front door as they unlock when you pull the handle. And we were a little dissapointed at how far we were placed from my parents whom we were traveling with. We had requested to be paced next to or across from each other because of the children and while we were on the same floor we were in opposite corners of the building but other than that we had a good stay

My stay at Tribeca while my husband was in hospital was all i could wish for. The unknown of how i would cope being on my own soon disappeared with the security at Tribeca plus great security for our car. apartments are spacious and had all the comforts of home that i needed. The quietness of other guests unbeilevable not an ounce of noise. I have never experienced such respect from other people where ever i have stayed in all my years of travel. The food court so handy certainly saves having to drive to a shopping centre. If we ever have to come to Melbourne again for any unknown reason we wil certainly stay at Tribeca. Reception Lady so pleasant and i am so gratefull for her help. Have already told family and friends what a great complex . Regards Jean Moore.

We had a great time, loved the convenience factor with the IGA, gourmet pizza, bottle shop, fish and chips and cafe down stairs. We also tried the hairdresser and would recommend you promoting her or even doing deals with her.

The staff were particularly responsive and helpful. They went out of their way to please. The apartment was comfortable and had everything one needs. The balcony was a bonus. The shops and cafes in the ground floor court yard were friendly and good quality. Highly recommend.

Helpful reception. Initial apartment unacceptable - had a free standing air con unit with no ducted outlet. As noisy as a jet plane in the room and ineffective because duct pipe had to be put out of open door. Reception changed us on request to another apartment next day with wall mounted and ducted air con - much better. Floor by fridge and around shower needs a decent scrub to get rid of soap scum etc. Showers have no doors - water goes everywhere on the floor, a bit annoying. Location is excellent. Once air con sorted we had a very good stay.

I have stayed at Tribeca on several occasions and will continue to do so, due to the overall positive experiences I have had there. As a country resident, the apartments are in a great position, close to so many of Melbourne's attractions and hospitals. The staff are extremely pleasant and more than willing to help in any way they can. We had to extend our stay and the staff were wonderful in making this possible. The fact that there is car parking available is an added bonus. We were lucky enough to stay in an apartment with a fabulous view overlooking the MCG and surrounding suburbs, which was even more spectacular at night.

apartment was nice but not that comfortable for 4 people; i.e. even though it slept 4 people, it didnt accommodate 4 adults in terms of living and seating space with only a 2 seater lounge and too much bulky furniture in a small space.

You cant go past this place, location, rooms, IGA grocery , Bottle O and restaurants in the complex. The Trams are right in-front of your door. McDonald's and Pizza hut across the road, Smith street with pubs restaurants and night club just down the street ! Staff are so friendly and ever so helpful. Luna, Larry, Belinda and Tu tu. I love this place I have lost count how many times I've returned!
