Very good - comfortable, clean room. Shower a little tight squeeze and some noise coming up from the pool in the courtyard in the evening detracted just a little.

Very pleasant stay. Convenient to Museum, Lygon Street and short walk to tram to City. Outdoor/smoking/pool area particularly appreciated by partner who smokes. No complaints at all.

The staff were welcoming and helpful with their information. Even though there was a minor glitch with the fold out bed not being in the room when we arrived the receptionist quickly fixed the problem and gave us the room safe without a charge. On this point I do think the safe should be included in the price. Not a good thing to have to pay extra for the safe particularly in this day and age. This would be my only criticism. The gym option was great!

There were noisy people staying on our floor but the reception staff dealt with the problem efficiently. So, well done! We appreciated the option of a late check-out. The only hitch in our stay was the Skybus connection service said they no longer go to this hotel (but they dropped us off anyway). Can this be fixed as the Skybus service is great? Thanks for the opportunity to give you feedback.

We enjoyed our stay at your Motel however it would have been even better had your restaurant been open for dinner on the Friday and Saturday night. We had travelled down to Melbourne on Friday night and would have greatly appreciated being able to get a meal Friday night.

Very good. We selected you because of your proximity to the Melbourne Museum; we chose one of the cheaper rooms, the stay was everything we expected (though we're not totally convinced that the bathroom needed to be quite as cramped for space as it was!). However, as a base for sleeping, washing and eating it was fine.

The friendliness and pleasant attitude of the staff was one of the nicest things about this hotel. I stayed with my young son, who was at first a bit disappointed as he was hoping for a skyscraper type, but after awhile said it was not too bad after all! The beds and pillows were comfortable, and the food was good. Location was perfect for us (visiting the Museum, and Lygon Street). I visit Melbourne on my own for business and like to stay in the area, would consider staying here again.

I booked with the understanding that I would have a corner spa as shown in the picture in wotif. (triangular in shape) I had a bath-shaped spa which was in the corner. I would not have booked here if the room had not shown a corner bath spa. When I commented on it to the staff member on the front desk, she said there was nothing she could do. Any explanation of this matter would be greatly appreciated. This event soiled my Travel Inn experience, even though the decor was acceptable, the room was very clean, and the staff were (otherwise) friendly and helpful. One other thing - for a room booked for 3 adults, there were two mis-matched wine glasses and two water tumblers. An extra set of glasses would have been a nice touch.
