As always we were very happy with our stay. One thing I wasn't happy about was the email I received after I booked our rooms said that breakfast was served until 9.30am Monday to Friday. I booked and paid for brekky for both rooms for both days we stayed & on Monday we went for brekky just after 9am & it was closed. So I'm not happy that there were 2 breakfasts paid for & not had, through no fault of our own.

Key card for room a problem, had to have reset three times one day and NO it wasnt next to my phone and YES i do know hw to use one. (Conttrary to the suggestion of one staff member). The lift floor didnt appear to be cleaned the whole time we were there which was a total of five nights as i booked extra direct. The front entrance seat area had rubbish left on it which didn't dissapear for three days and the rubbish under the seat was still there when we left. The room was good but the first impression was let down by the rubbish. I would ony stay there because of location not because it was great.

The staff on reception were great. I asked if I could have a late checkout and it was not a problem to them and when I did checkout I was given very good recommendation for lunch as well as being told my car could stay till I after lunch. Reception staff make such a difference to a stay in a place and your staff are brilliant. Thank you.

this travel inn is a great place to stay ,my only complaint is that the phone rang at 4.00am in the morning no one answered and i couldn't see any alarm setting so not sure what that was about, apart from that we as country travellers love this hotel for its location, cleanliness,proximity to the city and all amenitiies
