The only real isuue we had was the fact that the poor reception of your AFL channel 7 on the rooms TV means I couldnt watch the game, and this in a motel in footy mad Melbourne.But everything else was good

We had travelled to Melbourne to see Dirty Dancing and chose this property as it was close to the Princess Theatre and many Great Restaurants on Lygon St. The overall stay was definitely to our satisfaction although we found the bed to be too firm for our liking. Breakfast was excellent and good value.

Very nice and comfortable stay with easy access to public transport to explore the sites and activities of Melbourne. Enjoyed the location to famous Lygon Street and the fine restaurants and dining.

Great location, breakfast was exceptional value. Wait staff were great. Only issue - the bins were not emptied on the second day & it was tricky getting the door to open using the card. Parking facilities great.

Super helpful and friendly staff couldn't do enough to help me. Have stayed here a few times now and hav always had the same experience. Plus the hotel is perfectly located to walk most places and great bars etc nearby.

Staff provided a warm, friendly welcome upon arrival. Room was exactly as stated, as I booked online (comfortable, clean, modern). Entire premises was sophisticated, welcoming, well presented, gorgeous bar and inground pool area. We would love to stay again.

Lovely quiet, clean and nicely appointed rooms. Our was a bit dark but only there from 2pm to checkout next day. Staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely on our "stay again" list. Loved having on site secure parking and easy access to the CBD - fantastic location if you want to experience the vibe of Lygon Street! Thanks

The bed was amazing. Very comfortable. The room was perfect for our needs. The shower was good. Everything was well presented and felt relaxed as soon as we arrived. Nice touch with the cool room on entry. We had a concert saturday night so the location was a bit of a walk specially when it rained that night but around the area had ideal stores and restaurants. Would like to stay again in the future and explore the surroundings more indepth and stay longer than two days.
