I'm especially impressed with the service of Sue each morning at breakfast. My 2 sons, their wives and children were also staying at the hotel and Sue could not have been more considerate, caring and friendly. In fact she went out of her way on the first morning to ensure that my son and his wife who had flown in from Japan arriving at some godly hour and didn't make it to breakfast on time. She made a tray up for us to take to the room. Most appreciated.

Very comfortable bed, great location and parking not an issue like some hotels. Lady in restaurant very welcoming and great service. Also reception very helpful, offered that I could bring my daughter back for shower after a flight from US. Very considerate. Will stay with you again

Pretty good overall, price was a bit expensive to other times i have stayed. No spa in poo area anymore :( Staff didnt let us know there would be work me in our room, we came back to room to find random people in our room. Ladies who ran the breakfast were great, really good service and great food.

Very good, bed a bit hard but that is just me.. One thing.. It was a hot day and THE FRIDGE WAS NOT TURNED ON.. nor were there any ice blocks in the fridge...something to look at for housekeeping

As a long-term guest from 2000 approx, I can say that it's always a pleasure to stay here. The staff are friendly and helpful, the food is good and the atmosphere relaxing and restful. The courtyard pool is a bonus.

Friendly and obliging staff. Quiet rooms. Central location to Melbourne CBD and Lygon St. Secure parking appreciated. It was great not to be surrounded by mini bar / food in room. Pleasant spot to relax around the pool
