Staff very friendly, knowledgable and helpful.. apartment smaller than photos on web but was enough to accommodate five adults. However only one bathroom........which was a bit of an issue at times. Obviously a student accommodation apartment building but all were quiet and polite. All amenities close by with an Aldi store directly underneath (very cheap and convenient). Vic markets around the corner and trams running frequently from both Swanston and Elizabeth. Will stay here again..

Venue great but booked because had pool when arrived pool was closed for maintenance. Asked staff member if spa was available told closed only to find out on leaving it was available. Room was noisy but due to extreme winds outside

Milano suites were very central for shopping and eating out. The staff were most helpful , even unpacked the dishwasher for us! ,also the gentleman on the desk in the evening was extra helpful . We had a great time and would stay again

Staff respond and greeting was outstanding. They managed to get the apartment earlier. Location & location. The place located perfectly close to Tram stop and main road, places of interest. City sight are on walking distance. I will definitely come back to Melbourne and stay longer unless there will be good offer for long stay at the Milano. Thank you for the excellent hospitality.

My elderly mother and sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Milano. The apartment was extremely clean and the facilities suited our needs. Conveniently located to supermarkets and the Victoria Street markets and trams. Amazing view from the 30th floor of the Melbourne skyline. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Just loved everything about it, including the pool, gym and spa.

i would like to commend you on your front desk manager, Douglas. My initial call was to find out details about parking. i received such great help and info from him that i instantly wanted to book your hotel. i don't think enough can be said about first impressions and i am always baffled by hotels that great guests with less than a smile. So in this instance i can say that Douglas exceeded my expectation and he would be my main reason for definitely staying in your hotel again.

Overall good but were disappointed that pool was closed when we were there and apparently had been for over a week. Given it was a primary reason we booked with Milano, we are disappointed that we were not told at booking, nor was there any advice on your website. In addition, the curtains in our room hung off their clips at one end, carpet next to bed was stained and bedside table was chipped - these simple maintenance issues should have been attended to prior to our stay

Myself and my parents had a great experience, the rooms were great sizes and the overall suite was great. Within walking distance to pretty much everything and the staff were very helpful. I would most definetely stay there again. Only problem we had was there was what appeared to be a blood stain in one of the bedrooms on the floor and the bath didnt work.

mostly really good. loved location, room set up and functionality. disappointed in bed (soft with big dip in centre). staff could be better equipped to answer Q (some dramas booking and using theatre room and instructions to not have the bed made each day). But mostly good and would book again.

Chairs were very uncomfortable. washing machine/dryer is complicated, be nice if the instructions were made available. I got it to run, but I'm not sure I had it configured correctly because it took a very long time.
