We got a great last minute deal and stayed three nights. The two bedroom apartment though compact had everything needed to make our stay comfortable. Beds were really comfortable and everything was clean and fully functional. Bring your own dvds and book the complimentary cinema room, it is fantastic. We swam evryday in the heated pool and spa. Kids loved it. Staff were so helpful and accomodating. Location is great one block from the Vic market and within the free CBD tram zone so super easy to get around the city. Bonus having Aldi on site too. Will definately stay again and have already recommended to friends already.

Check-in was fine although the cleaning staff had not quite finished in our room as we arrived. We had asked for the two rooms we booked to be located on the same level which unfortunately didn't work out making our stay slightly less convenient but ok. Members of our group made good use of the swimming pool, spa and gym and also the area outside the swimming pool. We found the rooms to be clean and tidy. However, there was an odour we noticed each time we returned and a number of maintenance issues that require attention. Also, the noise from the air-conditioners was intrusive at night. Overall the location suited us perfectly and the secure car parking was also convenient. The apartments were equipped with the essentials we needed for our stay.

Excellent value for money - room a little small but great for cost. Great being next to aldi, love the on site Carpark compared to other hotels, a little annoying that had to return Carpark remote as hotel ran out. Toaster didn't work. Overall fantastic!! Will stay again.

The hotel was nice but the car parking was an issue. We were left without a remote control to enter and exit the car park because we were asked to give ours back due to a shortage of remote controls which were needed for other guests and were advised that we would get it bsck the next day but the next day there wasnt one for us. Also there werent enough car parks. On numerous occasions we had to park in an avis bay instead of the hotels bay . Maybe the front desk people should tell guests whst to do if this happens as we weren't the only car circling the car park not knowing where to park.

We will be staying here regularly until our Leveson St PDG apartment is ready. The location is great. There were quite a few maintenance issues that I drew to the attention of the receptionist, and he indicated they will be attended to after we vacated the property. I guess it's always difficult to know that doors have lost hinges, etc unless you are advised by guests. Hopefully we will find the future apartments are better tended.

Although the apartment was smaller than I expected (It would be very cosy with 4 people), it was very clean and fresh. It was a little disappointing to find that there were painters on our level as we were not notified of their prescence and the smell of the new paint was quite overwhelming when first exiting the lift. The apartment and complex was well presented.

From the moment I arrived, all staff were highly professional and lovely to deal with. I would highly recommend the Milano Suites to anyone travelling to Melbourne. The location is perfect, walking distance from everything in the city and very close to the tram lines if you wish to travel that bit further. The room quality is fantastic and the room service provide fresh towels daily which was a nice addition to the stay.

Well located and nice clean facilities. Only real complaint was shower was terrible - hard to adjust temp between freezing and boiling and water pressure useless. Rooms quite small but ok for short stay.

the studio is perfect for a couple you have everything you need: a full kitchen where you can really cook a nice bathroom a living room with tv and movies channels news some tea coffee milk sugar a dish washer a washing dryer machine a lot of light a tiny balcony and you can isolate the room and the double king size bed with slide doors so really nice and you have also a 25m swimming pool open from 6am to 10pm a sauna tennis court...all quick distance to city center free tram atm shops!!!! very modern style clean, no noise quiet... nothing miss! The best place i have stayed in 3 months in Australia! You feel like home!
