We had an excellent time marred only by finding a used ashtray in the drawer of the coffee table in the lounge room. Staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities (pool, movie room) are great.

Overall a good experience despite a minor problem with power supply to our room. The staff were really helpful sorting this out and moving us to another room due to the problems. Front desk staff were absolutely brilliant. Great location and comfortable rooms. Would definitely recommend to our friends travelling to Melbourne in the future and would stay again next time we head over the Tasman.

As it was just myself and two teenage girls the security for the appartment was good and it felt very safe. The facilities were good and it was in a good location. The rooms where well appointed and we very much appreciated the upgrade on arrival to two bathrooms.

I cannot speak highly enough of the gentleman on the front desk who checked me in. He was friendly, efficient, helpful, courteous and a pleasure to deal with. We were a very last minute booking but after staying recently, I would definitely stay with you again. My only concern that was that the room service was quite inefficient and we felt that waiting an hour for food was too long. As such we went to the restaurant next door.

Very good location, staff we excellent, location really good for trams, food and restaurants etc. We would've liked to have a view, especially as we were from interstate, but the room we were provided was clean and quiet. We were told on check in that no cleaning is provided on the weekend, yet we saw housecleaning other rooms on our floor on Saturday and requested new towels, which we received but they didn't take our wet, used towels away!

Very pleased with the standard of the room, the cleanliness and the service we received from the concierge. There was one hiccough as the car park spaces were all taken and we had to park in another company's space. Although the building manager assured us that we would not be clamped, it was concerning.

We absolutely loved the apartment and its location, the balcony and facilities. We found the beds and pillows were quite hard so slept on top of the blankets the second night to give us more cushioning. Our room had one lamp in the second bedroom not working, the dishwasher wasn't working and I couldn't get the dryer to work either. So I would suggest to get those things fixed and your next guests will have a more enjoyable stay. We still thoroughly enjoyed our stay but if we were there longer it would have been quite annoying having those items not working.
