Fantastic location with easy access to public transport and within walking distance to many attractions. Short stroll takes you to Victoria Markets. Next door to supermarket for self catering. Would definitely stay again!!

I found a room at short notice with your hotel when I decided to extend my stay in Melbourne. The rate was very good & I was very happy it included access to a kitchen, cable channels, large gym, sauna, Jacuzzi, pool & tennis court. I was kindly allowed to check in early when I arrived from my AirBnB accommodation. The apartment was lovely & I had a great stay at Milano! The staff could not have been more friendly & helpful. I would recommend your hotel to everyone. Thank you! :-)

Have stayed here several times. Suits us as we have family in Brunswick and its close to city. If you want two bedrooms its worth getting an apartment with two bathrooms.

Overall experience was very good except the swimming pool shower was under repair and we did not get to swim as it was rather inconvenient. With Vic Market and Aldi supermarket nearby, food was everywhere so that is a big plus.

The apartment was well located for the meetings I had to attend. A few things were broken/missing in the apartment - but the staff attended to them as soon as we reported it. Lost internet for a day and a half - but were compensated in fees we paid. Overall a very good accommodation.

The room was very good other than the TV in main bedroom was not working, however I did not bother about it and forgot to say about it when I left unfortunately as I know given the staffs very helpful attitude would have fixed it straight away.

Front desk staffs were excellent - genuine, helpful, and great with recommendations on where to eat, where to go, how to go, etc. They may not greet us as we walk in and out of the hotel, tats wat i like anyway, but when approached, they are angels... Even helped us to call a cab. Overall, an excellent stay... Location was great as it was walking distance to queen street or to victoria market. It helps tat Aldi was just next door. Room was clean - sheets were clean, kitchen was clean, utensils was clean, towels and toilet were clean. I would definitely recommend to loved ones and come back.

Fabulous. Great location, not disturbed by city noises, clean and spacious for a family of 5. The lady at our check in had remarkable customer service. Last night we had 1 night in Sydney, hotel did not fill any of my expectations and was so expensive :( Def would stay at Milano again Loved that housekeeping came on the day after we arrived and put out new towels and washed my cup. Did not know daily house keeping was included so all this made my small hiccup of paying for 5 people but a room for 4 no drama at all a1 keep up the great service

Great location and facilities, we were accommodated with both early check in and late checkouts. There was a small mixup with our account where we were not correctly charged at checkin and so had to pay another amount when we checked out, other than this we had a pleasant stay.
