Great location. No street noise. Clean and roomy. We were very impressed. The gym is well equipped with lots of modern machines plus mats and weights. A great find!

Great apartments and amenities. Great location. Male on reception not very friendly quite rude. We walked pasted his desk to actually pay a compliment on how much we loved the apartment, and he could not even look up at us, or acknowledge our presence, so we just didn't bother.

Overall very good. Unfortunately there were some damaged items in our room like venetian blinds that were bent & didn't close properly; the plug in the bath is missing it's seal so you couldn't use the bath & the range hood was missing its cover and a heater coming away from the wall. Overall not so bad as we didn't mention these items to the staff.

We stayed here is a group of 4 families for our annual interstate get together. The location was o'er felt, rooms well appointed and clean however the service provide by management and general front desk staff was average. The 'service' aspect was definitely lacking, with most staff generally average and not friendly at all. At one point we tried to use the communal bbq area, but we're advised at 9.45am that we were not allowed as we had not booked it. We then asked if we could book it and were told quite rudely, not until after 10am, which it nearly was anyway. We did not use the facilitits due to how this was handled, despite the common areas being the main reason for choosing this hotel.

Very pleased with the whole experience of staying at The Milano. Pleasantly surprised at having been 'upgraded' to 29th floor over-looking the city. Very happy with the efficient, yet very friendly and attentive, service by the lovely receptionist. This was the second time I have stayed at the Milano Suites and expect to be staying there again, when I have the chance to.
