Overall fantastic value for money. Extremely helpful front desk staff who held our bags as we arrived too early for checking in. The room was clean, had all the basics you need. We were also on the 25th floor and had an amazing view! Because this is advertised as a no party apartment, this ensure a quiet and peaceful sleep. We will be staying again when we return. Thank you

Great location and service from staff! apartment was nicely fitted and clean. My only negative feedback is regarding the bin room on our level smelt quite bad and it seemed like the guest elevators were used for disposing rubbish as on one occassion smelt very very bad. If that was the case, this would be an OSH concern.... Otherwise, everything was great!

Was very comfortable, though a little dated and could use some small improvements (a shelf or soap holder in the shower would have been nice). The staff were friendly and helpful - particularly the staff who serviced the rooms. Location was good - very near Queen Vic markets and many eating places around the general area. Access to public transport was excellent. It was a little noisy with on the back side of the building with all the construction going on but not terrible. Beds were comfortable and it was kept very clean.

We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return - on arrival was offered an upgrade to 2 bed apartment for minimal extra cost. The only issue we experienced was one of the single beds was damaged - as there was only one person in the room she used the other bed.

We thought that the service and location of the apartments were great and would stay again. The main issue I would have with the apartment we stayed in was it was bad need of maintenance. There was paint missing the walls , the bathroom wall had rails ripped off and for goodness sake replace the carpet in the lounge room - terrible. I would expect better.

Very good, from check-in to check-out. The woman on reception on Sundays during the day was excellent. The apartment when serviced (limited due to week-ends and public holidays) was very good. Great to be on a higher floor for the views. Great location, easy access to public tranport.

A great experience, only hitch was limited car parking, but we did get a car park eventually. Great location near Lygon street and pool and spa were great. Very comfortable beds, nice showers and wonderful views. The cigarette butts outside on the tin roof were off-putting but i guess they are hard to remove/avoid.

The room was comfortable and great for our family of 4. The only downside was the rubbish room was always over flowing and quite smelly. But I asked for it to be cleaned and it was on our return for the day.

Milano Suites are spacious, clean and modern providing every facility for a family, couple or solo traveller. I appreciated the room upgrade provided. Management need to mention that bookings for Skybus pickup from the apartment must be made at least the day BEFORE pick required.

For four ladies on a long weekend this hotel was perfect! Four single (comfy!) beds, good size kitchen and lounge area. Two bathrooms would have been better for us but still plenty of room in the single one. Great location to walk to everything we needed and catch trams. Staff service was very friendly and helpful. Having Aldi next door was also a surprise bonus to top up on snacks (and wine!). We are planning to stay here again for our visit next year!

Amazing stay with super friendly reception staff (douglas and the new lady who just started)!!! The apartment had a great view although on level 11 and was pretty spacious. Only minus comfort of the sofabed as it was terrible and that there are charges for the internet... but I certainly know that there are charges for the internet all over australia... I am working in hospitality myself and will def. recommend the Milano apartments to everyone! Perfect location and nothing seem to be a problem for the staff! Great Pool and Spa area as it is very private within the city and it couldn't be more special for a family reunion after 2.5 years in Melbourne! Special thanks to everyone!!!!!

Our stay at Milano Suites was great. Fantastic location with everything you need close by including public transport. Easy walking distance to everything as well. apartment was compact but had everything you required. Staff were very friendly and helpful when required.

only problem was the lack of keys as we had family on another floor and it was difficult to get from one floor to the other and we had to have someone go to the g/floor each time we wished to visit the other room
