There was no room for the TV when the sofa bed is pulled out. I paid extra for the sofa bed for my grandson to sleep in and every morning we had to move the TV back. Excellent location with a market next door for grocery shopping. DVD rentals availability was good but the disks need to be filed in an orderly manner for quick retrieval, not dumped in box. Time was wasted at the front desk searching.

We had a great time staying here. We arrived on a Saturday afternoon, and when we found our door wouldn't close properly the staff had someone come out that night to fix it. The facilities were excellent too. Our kids loved the pool.

We had a fantastic stay, great location to Markets, Shopping, Restaurants and Attractions, Staff were exceptionally helpful, always happy to help, Daily room service was excellent and washer/dryer was a blessing, Excellent for food shopping as Aldi is just next door so handy. Will definitely recommend, and will book here again on my next visit to Melbourne.

We were initially booked into a room with a sofa bed booked for our youngest daughter. The bed was broken and not usable. The efficient and friendly staff on duty made up for the inconvenience and immediately organised for a replacement bed to be delivered. The next day they moved us into a more suitable apartment, with a bed that was fully functioning. If not for the efforts made to fix the problem we would have been very annoyed. Instead the staff should be commended. The apartment was clean and well heated. My only grumble was the very limited cooking utensils available. But as we were only staying for a few days it didn't cause any issues. The pool was very clean and well maintained.

Very enjoyable. Good value for money will return again. In regards to cleanliness just picked up the menu very oily and gross. Everything else cleanliness wise was great. Really friendly staff.

I've stayed with you twice now, both times in different rooms- but it's fair to say the rooms were showing some signs of wear and tear. The air conditioner in room 1302 is very loud, and the soap tray is missing in the shower. Overall though, your accommodation is good.

Overall had a great experience. Only downfall was our shower had no screen door however we were given extra towels. Also there was a dirty plate in the kitchen cupboard.

The location was superb and the room was neat, tidy, clean and extremely comfortable. Special thanks to Douglas (receptionist) who was extremely polite and helpful in ensuring that we had a comfortable stay. We enjoyed our stay at Milano and will be back again.

Room was clean and comfortable, however the room was not serviced until very late in the afternoon everyday (4-5pm). The lounge was very worn as the faux leather was lifting. There was also no washing up sponge in the kitchen. Overall it was a comfortable stay in a convenient central location and the bed was very comfortable.

Convenient location and overall a pleasant stay, however 1 of the blinds had bend slates and the toilet paper holder falling down on several occasions. There was a very distinctive odor in the lift well on the floor. On my confirmation the parking was $18, but we were charged $21.
