I couldn't find glasses in the kitchen! Need a radio (that bedside alarm thing doesnt work as a radio). A list of late opening restaurants/bars nearby would be useful.

Absolutely love staying at Milano and would never consider staying anywhere else! The apartments are very well appointed with everything you need. The location is very convenient without being in the absolute hustle and bustle of the city centre! It is super convenient to catch trams from Milano too!

I have provided a perfect score on each as there was no option for no comment. I really Cannont rate our stay as there was a problem with our room and we were transferred to the Tribeca apartments in Albert St, East Melbourne. Whilst I cannot fault Miano for finding us alternative accommodation, the Tribeca apartments were no way as nice as the Milano apartments.

Reception staff friendly and helpful. Stored our luggage as we were early. We were disappointment the pool was closed, it would have been nice to have been notified prior to our arrival. Being able to get 4x single beds is a big selling point. This was my second stay

Quite good, parking was satisfactory. I thought there could be a little improvement on general maintenance of the apartment as the toilet flush button was partially broken off and the drain cover was missing in the bathroom vanity. Also I asked the service staff for washing machine powder but was informed that was not provided and there was no bakware to allow use of the oven. I think it a bit silly that you would offer an appliance for use without providing the tools to use it. You had a dishwasher and supplied tablets for that. Overall though the room was quite good...location and views were excellent. Maybe a bi t of improvement on the little details.

This was our second visit to Milano and it was just as enjoyable. Although there was quite a bit of noise from fire engines, traffic & trams, it was still a wonderful location. We are from regional Victoria so aren't used to too much external noise!

Overall very good. Wasn't able to check in early but was impressed to be offered use of bathroom to freshen up. Was also upgraded to two bedroom, not that I needed it but a bit of a buffer from traffic noise. Didn't get a chance to use pool and gym but looked amazing.

Very good beds, kitchen needed a bigger frypan for family! amenities such as pool, spa, sauna and tennis courts were excellent, we used them every day. The staff was great too. We didn't use the washing machine because it seemed too complicated. We were happy with the security too.

I have stayed at these apartments before and we enjoy our stay, on this occasion my only negative comment is about the toiletries provided. we only received 2 shampoo. no conditioner or body wash and that was for 4 people.

Was a pleasant experience, happy with all the services, was happy to see we had all the Foxtel channels which was better, would have liked a stereo with an aux cord point we could play our music in, but that was the only fault in an otherwise perfect weekend!

Great apartment in a central location. View was fantastic. Pool and spa were lovely. Supermarket directly downstairs made for easy meals. Would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting an inner city break.

I was very disappointed with the male person on reception when we arrived. We arrived at approx 5pm on Saturday 2/4/16. The greeting was very cold and not very pleasant, he offered no information, I had to ask everything and he was very rude and not one bit friendly. When I checked out at 10am on 3/4/16 the two ladies on reception were very friendly and helpful, what you would expect from a front person for a hotel. Also we were in room 2905 and I was concerned to see mould growing on the tiles in the bathrooms. much of the grout had black mould and when I rubbed it it came off so could easily be cleaned to a much higher standard. the overall cleanliness of the room was very good, but the mould is a concern in the bathrooms and not something you would expect to find in a hotel charging $282 per night, very disappointing.

Superb location. Just walking distance to QVM. Close to Aldi supermarket. Just next door. Car rental companies also just few steps from Milano apartment. We rent car from Budget car rental. What make it so convenient is that Budget car rental shared the same parking area with Milano apartment. We pick up the car from Level 1 parking area and move the car to Level 2 for Milano guests. And it also has easy access to parking area. Compared to our previous experienced in other hotel/apartment
