I really enjoyed my stay, the only two negative things I can say is that no face washers were provided and the room didn't get cleaned during the weekend. The staff were helpful and friendly when I had any questions.

The two bedroom unit was quite small for four people. The hanging space in the wardrobes were very limited with the chest of drawers inside. I do not fold my slacks when hanging them, so had to leave them on my bed. Even my blouses and overcoat were too long so they were crushed at the bottom. This is ok for a couple of days but for a long period it becomes a nuisance. Some of the kitchen cupboards are very high for short people like my daughter-in-law and myself. We were lucky to have my son with us to help with this problem. The washing machine/dryer was very hard to operate as we had not used a front loader before so maybe directions be left close by.

The suite was lovely and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. We did request 2 single beds at the time of booking, and unfortunately this was not done before check-in, and still was not done after reception said it would be fixed. Our dishwasher did not work - but a maintenance man did come up quickly and check it out, and offered to wash our dishes for us, which was appreciated. The suite was overall clean and tidy when we arrived, but a little more care should have been taken when dusting - when we moved the blinds in the lounge/kitchen area, lots of dust feel from them. Overall, we were happy with our stay - Thankyou.

It was near perfect for what we needed for my family and parents. The apartment rooms are small but to be expected for inner city Melbourne and the staff were really helpful proving shopping, tourism and dining recommendations as well as airport transfers. The kids loved the pool. Trip Advisor noted lots of students live in the building, but although noticeable they had no impact on our stay with no noise or behaviour issues. It was very good.

After we got used to the water pipes screaming at us whenever we turned on the hot water, the experience was pleasant and the staff were very courteous and obliging.The facilities such as pool,spa.sauna and gym were excellent.

Excellent service. Great location. Safe environment and convenience. Best value for money. We stayed for 10 days and like every moment we stayed at Milano. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Melbourne.

I have stayed before and i would stay again. it is a great place to stay with a bit more room than the usual hotel room. The only problem i had was that the air-con did not seem to be workinig properly.
