The staff were very friendly and accomodating from the time I rang with booking enquiries to the time we checked in and were having issues connecting to the net on our phone to transfer money- to the time we made requests and had our luggage stored before travel. I found the experience to be very good. The rooms were very reasonable in size and well fitted out. We would certainly stay again.

The 2 bedroom apartment was lovely. The back bedroom was extremely hot with no windows or air con. Dryer in the washer did not work and we were left with wet clothes to take home to England.

We had a very pleasant stay. The only complaint was the working of the drier. The staff member had no idea how it worked and did not have a full manual. It was very good to have the milk left in the frig. The location was ideal for everything and having an Aldi below was useful. Having Foxtel as well as three TVs was great with teenagers. The soundproofing was surprisingly good in such a busy part of the city. The security was excellent. Online booking was simple. The foyer is very attractive. A happy experience and value for money,especially during the week.

Excellent stay, staff were super helpful. Location couldn't be better. Odd occasion rooms were not fully tidied but that was a very minor issue. Definetly will be coming back to stay in my future trips to Melbourne.

We enjoyed our stay with your apartments, enough room for a family of four. The couch was uncomfortable and the large stain was disappointing to view. The kitchen appliances were excellent as was the heating.

This was our 2nd time at Milano and we are thrilled to pieces with our accommodation. One little gripe though: some of our housekeepers did not take pride in their work as our beds were made rather sloppily. The dishwahser was also in use when we got back to our room, there was only 2 cu[ps, one glass and teaspoons in it; a significant waste of water and power. That is our only little gripe..sorry, but thought it worthwhile to let you know.

We stayed there at the recommendation of my brother and sister in law who are regular guests of yours. We chose a one bedroom suite to check if it is suitable if we were to stay there again with our young daughter (she could use the sofa bed). We'll stay again if we ever need another overnighter in the city. Thanks.

Were greeted by very friendly staff on our arrival who advised we had received a free upgrade to a two bedroom apartment. Staff provided a lot of assistance with regards to finding our way around the city and were very helpful and friendly throughout our entire stay. Facilities in the room were all we needed and more. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would highly reccommend to friends and family.

our booking at clarion had to be changed to the tribeca apartments due to a problem that you had at clarion with a water leak but we had allready planned our trip to Melbourne around the clarion apartments area and while the tribeca apartments where nice we had to use our car to find the new location and instead of using the tram at the clarion apartments area we had to use our car but when we come to Melbourne again we are hoping to try the clarion apartments next time
