Clarion Suites Milano on Swanston

Instructions on how to enter your car park were hopeless, gave up trying to park in correct spot and parked on level 1. Pool and spa were great.

Very good location at an affordable price. The bath tub tap did not work. The washer/ dryer did not work. The remote for the cark park access did not work. Overall a pleasent experience.

Welcoming experience, convenient location, clean comfortable room, car park option should be complimentary.

The staff were very friendly and accomodating from the time I rang with booking enquiries to the time we checked in and were having issues connecting to the net on our phone to transfer money- to the time we made requests and had our luggage stored before travel. I found the experience to be very good. The rooms were very reasonable in size and well fitted out. We would certainly stay again.

Excellent location and service

The 2 bedroom apartment was lovely. The back bedroom was extremely hot with no windows or air con. Dryer in the washer did not work and we were left with wet clothes to take home to England.

We had a very pleasant stay. The only complaint was the working of the drier. The staff member had no idea how it worked and did not have a full manual. It was very good to have the milk left in the frig. The location was ideal for everything and having an Aldi below was useful. Having Foxtel as well as three TVs was great with teenagers. The soundproofing was surprisingly good in such a busy part of the city. The security was excellent. Online booking was simple. The foyer is very attractive. A happy experience and value for money,especially during the week.

Excellent stay, staff were super helpful. Location couldn't be better. Odd occasion rooms were not fully tidied but that was a very minor issue. Definetly will be coming back to stay in my future trips to Melbourne.

We enjoyed our stay with your apartments, enough room for a family of four. The couch was uncomfortable and the large stain was disappointing to view. The kitchen appliances were excellent as was the heating.

There was one night where there was a lot of noise-but otherwise our stay was fantastic!!

This was our 2nd time at Milano and we are thrilled to pieces with our accommodation. One little gripe though: some of our housekeepers did not take pride in their work as our beds were made rather sloppily. The dishwahser was also in use when we got back to our room, there was only 2 cu[ps, one glass and teaspoons in it; a significant waste of water and power. That is our only little gripe..sorry, but thought it worthwhile to let you know.

We stayed there at the recommendation of my brother and sister in law who are regular guests of yours. We chose a one bedroom suite to check if it is suitable if we were to stay there again with our young daughter (she could use the sofa bed). We'll stay again if we ever need another overnighter in the city. Thanks.

Very friendly welcoming, great apartment, a little small for 4 for price

Very good for our requirements for a weekend stay in the city. Would have liked to have had more time to use the facilities.

Carpets in corridor and apartment entrance are worn and stained, wall surfaces (chipped corners) etc need painting, carpet cleaning etc. although surfaces and cupboards in kitchen, also beds/linen, bathroom are clean enough.

It was a pleasure to stay at Milano, easy access to CBd. Easy access to the tram. Pleasant view to the city.

Overall experience was good.

All staff were very helpful and made us feel very welcome. My daughter is only 16 months and she was made to feel welcome as well which was really nice.

excellent staff and service, but our room on the 8th floor was very noisy compared to a previous stay when we were on the 24th floor

Good, cheap accomodation, only complaint was the window cleaner in the morning waking us up, but other than that comfy bed and good location

We had a great stay and enjoyed the accommodation, the pool, and being so conveniently located to all the sights. It was great being right next door to The Aldi supermarket and very close to the tramline, and Lygon Street.

We liked the location and the in-room facilities and that we had 2 bedrooms. A one bedroom apartment would have been too small for us.

Were greeted by very friendly staff on our arrival who advised we had received a free upgrade to a two bedroom apartment. Staff provided a lot of assistance with regards to finding our way around the city and were very helpful and friendly throughout our entire stay. Facilities in the room were all we needed and more. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would highly reccommend to friends and family.

Nice serviced apartments in great location, 2 min walk to the famous QV markets. apartments on the small side & second bedroom dark as no windows but ok for the kids. Swimming pool & gym excellent, we enjoyed our stay.

our booking at clarion had to be changed to the tribeca apartments due to a problem that you had at clarion with a water leak but we had allready planned our trip to Melbourne around the clarion apartments area and while the tribeca apartments where nice we had to use our car to find the new location and instead of using the tram at the clarion apartments area we had to use our car but when we come to Melbourne again we are hoping to try the clarion apartments next time
