The staff were so efficient and friendly. Bill at reception is extremely professional and we were very impressed with the cleanliness. A nice courtyard gives you a little haven to rest and it is a quiet location as well.We will return I'm sure.Thank you for making our stay very enjoyable.

This Motel is our home away from home when we visit this side of Melbourne. Would not even consider going anywhere else unless we could not get a room. It is very hard to find the combination of friendly service, cleaniness and value for money all in the one place, but Albert Heights fits the Bill! In more ways than one*** Bill at the desk*** fits the Bill too!!!!

Pleasant apart from the car park noise early in the morning, the bedrooms could also have blackout blinds - but on the whole the service and value for money was great. Hazel at reception was very helpful and informative.

Quiet location with excellent atrium outside every room. Appears to be well conducted. Public transport is close by as is a necessary supermarket and a couple of eating places.

The lady at reception was fantastic and went above and beyond to help me. It started to rain as I was about to walk to a function and I asked whether there were any umbrellas available to borrow. She went out and searched through her car for a suitable one that I would be able to carry in my handbag which is better service than I have ever received from a 5 star hotel! Thank you

Quiet, very clean, well appointed apartment. Late entry and early exit hassle free. Close to hospitals and city. Had some concerns with bath/shower access and retractable curtain. Water pressure was good. Overall a very good stay.

We booked for 3 people, the fold out bed was made up but there was only 2 towels in the bathroom. by the time i realised this there was no one at reception. Staff were very friendly.

Perfect for our needs while using the hospital round the corner took the worry out of our stay. groceries and eateries across the road great when you're from the country and don't have to go searching for things. No need to use the car. Will be keeping it in mind if we want to stay in melb for any reason. very pleasant and helpful gentleman at the desk.
